Location, riverside bar, lobby was pretty. Cookie on arrival. Crabtree and Evelyn soap and shampoo was nice. Balcony overlooking the river was very serene. Air conditioning worked well. Beds were comfortable.

I’ve stayed at the hotel many times over the years. It’s always a good experience. My room was big, I had a river view, on the top floor and over all, quiet. The pillows and sheets were clean and comfortable.

Location was the deciding factor. Disappointed with the low water level, but that’s not something you can change. The place is always comfortable and clean.

Room was large and liked how had a sink in the bathroom and another outside the bathroom. Had a closet with mirrors. Our room had access out the sliding door to the Riverwalk. We could take a short walk and be in the old downtown area, was really nice.

We had a wonderful time at this Hotel. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable . There are two restaurants on property and the food is great. It is nice having a grocery store across the parking lot. My favorite part is the walking trail behind the hotel on the River. Our room faced the river and it was wonderful to sit out in the evenings and watch for wildlife. I will definitely visit again.

Staff was nice and accommodating. They accommodated my late checkout. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff were very nice for room 220. Nice river view from balcony. Nothing to complain about! Will stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to the Durango & Silverton Train Depot, as well as several restaurants and shops. The staff keep it very clean and comfortable, and it has a lodge feeling to it which we liked. Would definitely stay here again.

We did not eat breakfast. We ate in the beer garden twice and loved it. Being dog friendly was just what we wanted. The river location was great. The cookies were terrific.

Didn't eat breakfast there. Liked the view from our room, but wouldn't pay as much as we did for that view again.
